Tips and Tricks for your Handmade Harness Bra

Yeeey! Since the success claimed on my Instagram let's talk about them here!

I've always wanted an harness bra but they were always too expensive for me so I asked myself "why don't you make your own one?" and here we are:

they came out nice and I can't wait to wear them properly ♥ also they came out a lot cheaper than the branded ones.  Just saying~

This isn't a tutorial because there are plenty of them on all the web. You can easily find them just digiting "diy harness bra" or "how to" or whatever.

Here I will tell you some tips and tricks that I learned in order to help you speed the process and avoid to make my mistakes (。¬.¬。)

So before start I recommend you to watch a lot of tutorials 'cause everyone has it's own method. Watch a bunch of them and choose to follow the ones you like the most.

Now, if you have a model already in your mind keep it but ask yourself if it will work properly on your body.
 If not, makes some changes, simplified it and then make a draw of it and choose how many elastic stripes you will have to sew toghether.

Take your inspiration from some good brand that has made it before you. They're tested models, it's a good idea copy them at least for your base.

Take your measurements carefully, one at the time and start to cut the elastic precisely.
!!★ It's always better add some inch to be really sure it will fit you properly and then try it directly on your body and cut out the pieces too long if needed.

For every single stripe you have to:
  measure - cut - measure on your body - adjust it if needed - sew it
it's the only way to not screw up xD

If you have one, use a sewing machine. The seams last longer and all became more resistant.

On my harness I made adjustable straps all over. It's not really necessary if you are the only one to wear it. But it may help if, for example, you want to use it over a shirt, ora dress instead of under it. They also prevent the stripes to be too tight at your body so your skin will not bounce between the stripes.

 I made them in a very cheap way using some plastic hooks.

You can make them more professional of course, but in my opinion they are just fine like this ;)

Have a good time making them and take all the time you need.
it's a loong process so maybe it's a good idea make one with a good background music.

Try, try, try.
 The first one maybe will not come out perfect, maybe it will be a disaster but learn from your mistakes, keep trying and you will be just fine!

Smoothies Recipes

It's Smoothie Time!!!


Well people, as I wrote on my Instagram, Spring is here and so I have to move my ass from this chair and loose some weight for me and for my bikinis.
I'm a lazy person so the best way to loose weight in an easy and non-stressful way is to begin your day with an healthy and rich smoothie!
When the sun is warm there's nothing better than this in my opinion!



For make homemade smoothies you need a blender. This year I finally accomplished to buy a big one so clap clap to me! Anyway a mini blender will do the trick, last year I used a really small and ridicolous one and nothing change. A big one is only more practical ;3

I have some good and tasty recipes for you that will keep your body healthy and your mouth tasty.
You can always create your own receipes, if you do it let me know down here ;)

1. Red Fruits Smoothie
- a glass full of soy milk
- a cup of frozen red fruits
- a cup of fresh strawberries
- vanilla extract (or you can buy vannila soy milk, it's easier!)
- 1 tablespoon of cacao (I always use Nesquik because is more sweet than the normal one)
- 1 dash of cinnamon

2. Violet Smoothie
- a glass of almond milk
- a cup of fresh (or frozen) blueberries
- 1 small avocado
- vanilla extract
- dash of cinnamon

3. Pomegranade Mango Smoothie
- 1 big frozen or fresh mango
- a glass of pomegranade juice
- a cup of fresh strawberries
- a small banana (if you like it)
- add a half tablespoon of honey if you need

4. Yellow Smoothie
- 2 apples
- half pineapple
- some celery stalks

You can add all types of toppings you want: from goji berries to chocolate! Go crazy!

These are my 4 golden recipes, they taste delicious and are super healthy and low on calories too!
Also they fill a lot!

You can change these receipes any time you want so they will have always a different taste for example exchanging soy milk with coconut water, or adding orange juice if you feel weak, or adding a spoon of matcha tea to help your body remove excess water... You can add whatever you want really!
Also if you don' like strange flavours don't try vegetables smoothies xD
I tried once, it was a flop. Can't tolerate the smell and the taste.. it's really weird xD
So go with fruit's smoothies!! They taste better in my opinion, way way better ;3

Also drink a lot of water during the day! 1.5L is ok for your organism ;3
If you want you can alter the taste of the water with these 4 recipes:
You have to chop the fruits in slices and keep in fridge for at least 4 hour before drink it.

1. Grapefruit + rosemary
2. Blueberry + Lime + Cilantro
3. Pear + Cinnamon + Vanilla Bean
4. Cucumber + Strawberry +Thyme

Grapefruit and Lime or Lemon are the best to detox your organism! And water will taste differently everytime so you can't get bored ;)


Try these things for at least a month, you will lost weight and lumps just EATING differently for a bit :)

Normally if I don't have to get up too early I usually drink one smoothie for lunch and then go straight to dinner with a plate of carboidrates (pasta, gnocchi, rice etc) and a plate of proteins (meat or fish with vegetables) and usually I treat myself with a little dessert (ice cream, BUDINO, cookies...)
If I have to wake up for example at 6 or 7 AM I will do my breakfast eating some cereals and a fruit and then have a smoothie for lunch and normal plates for dinner as usual.

That's all, this works super good on me and every year I do 2 or 3 months with this diet before summer and I see the results!
Of course some days I concede myself some indulgences for example if I go to eat in a restaurant or I go to a party I please myself with all sort of food I want because

we live once my friends, eat whatever you want sometimes if this make you happy!!
